Our research group "Sensory and cognitive ecology" is one of the world's leading research groups in the field of marine mammal research. In innovative experiments we examine sensory systems as well as cognitive abilities of marine mammals - and other marine species. In the fish lab the focus is laid on the prey of seals, on fishes - an enriching extension of scientific perspectives.
